ChessTilt reads public chess accounts without asking for a password. Your chess history, limits and streaks stay on your device. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information to unlock and restore Premium. ChessTilt does not sell your data or use advertising tracking.

1. Chess data on your device

The app stores your connected public usernames, games, opponents, ratings, limits, streaks and preferences in its local storage. This may be included in device backups you enable. ChessTilt does not upload this chess data to the developer or to RevenueCat.

To refresh a connected account, ChessTilt sends its public username to Lichess or Chess.com and reads the available public history. Those services can receive network information, including your IP address, under their own policies:Lichess andChess.com. The app cannot play moves or modify those accounts.

2. Premium purchases

Apple handles billing. ChessTilt does not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat receives purchase records and receipt or transaction information to verify access, restore purchases and process renewals, expiry and refunds. It also provides purchase analytics to the developer.

RevenueCat uses an anonymous customer identifier and receives technical information such as the app and operating-system versions. ChessTilt does not send it your chess username, name or email, and disables the SDK’s automatic device-identifier collection. RevenueCat’sprivacy policydescribes its processing. Apple’sprivacy policycovers Apple’s services.

In Apple’s privacy categories, purchase history is used for app functionality and analytics. ChessTilt does not link it to your chess identity or use it for advertising tracking.

3. Notifications and tracking

Evening check-ins and tilt reports are scheduled locally by iOS. No remote push server receives their content. You can disable them in the app or iOS Settings. ChessTilt has no ads, does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.

4. Your choices and retention

Disconnecting an account removes its chess history from ChessTilt. Deleting the app removes its local storage, subject to backups you manage separately. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Purchase records are retained as needed for access, restoration, accounting and applicable obligations. For privacy requests or questions about these records, contact the developer below. If you email support, the developer receives the information you choose to include and uses it to respond to your request.
